Today I had my pre-trip / pre-FET ultrasound and everything looks good. My uterine lining is 13 mm - which is apparently optimum (needs to be more than 8, last time at 17 they thought maybe it was too thick). Also my lining is trilaminar (three-layered), which is apparently a good thing.
So starting tomorrow I add the progesterone to the estrogen I'm already taking and then I'm off to the Czech Republic on Tuesday! Lets hope the little guy(s) attach to the lining this time. My appointment is on Thursday, August 8 at 12:30.

That's great - I'm sure it's nice to be told something is optimum for once! I am so optimistic about this time around, and you can think positive kid thoughts during your procedure and imagine Anthony at his first day of Kindergarten!
