In other news, we woke up yesterday morning to a neighbor ringing our doorbell because a big branch had fallen from our tree and was blocking the road. The guy managed to pull it out of the road but left it across our driveway. So Miran spent the first hour or so yesterday morning chopping it up. Even though its a city owned tree, we decided not to call and to just take care of it ourselves because we didn't want them deciding to take the whole tree down.
And today he practiced fathering a little bit by playing with Ava, the daughter of our friends Angela and Sri, with whom we had brunch. She loved him and cried a little when he finally handed her back to her mother.

Miran sounds like the perfect family man - tackle the tree then calm the baby. What more could you ask for!
